She is a worldly individual who values knowledge and accruing unique experiences, as she is keenly fascinated by other cultures and worlds. Dierath is gregarious and social,   with an altruistic and kindly outlook toward others. She is never without company or one sort of the other and forms emotional attachments quickly. She loves to learn about new people from all walks of life.

The Refugium and Janos city have become her home simply for the colorful collection of characters and environments it invites. She never faces boredom or stagnation and is pleased that her anthropological knowledge is useful to the sanctuary. Meeting new arrivals and helping them get situated with the Refugium gives her a sense of fulfillment, and plenty of opportunities to learn about new worlds.
