Fighting is in Mil's blood and she's proud of it. She comes from a long line of dragonriders and it was no surprise to her when she impressed the agile Deimoth in her adolescence. Mil is cool and collected, a soldier through and through who is most at home when she's soaring skies fighting thread. Her greatest desire is to make a name for herself as a thread fighter and she's well on her way. It's not often a green rider becomes a wingleader, but Mil's competence and shrewd mind made her more than adequate for the job. She's beloved by her wingriders as a fair and generous leader, who is gracious with compliments. Mil is always willing to lend a hand to her riders to help them become more proficient at their trades. She'll personally mentor anyone with an interest in thread fighting and has formed strong bonds with her wing.
On the other hand, Mil doesn't think much of people who aren't involved in the weyr. She considers holdfolk soft and useful only for the tithes they make to dragonriders. She tends to be skeptical of candidates searched from outside weyrs and can be cold toward newcomers. She rarely interacts with holders if she can avoid it.
