A capricious soul, Valii teeters between a myriad of desires, lacking the compunction to stay on a single path for long. Valii drifts through projects and people with the swift impulsiveness, never staying in one place, or with the same crowd, for long. They're not possessed by wanderlust so much as boredom in stagnation. They'd be perfectly content to stay in one place if things changed at a pace they found satisfying, but even the ebb and flow of Mwari station's colorful crowds can't please them.

Valii is an animated, sociable fellow who enjoys the company of others and thrives on physical affection. They form attachments easily, offering love and loyalty with naive charity. They've presented their friendship to the wrong sort more than once and now responds to cruelty with vengeance. They are vicious and cutting when wronged, digging their claws through flesh to the very bone of their enemy's insecurities and tearing them open for all to see. They do not forgive.
