Personality

The importance of a decision determines how much time should be spent deliberating on it. Paizainth has patience in spades, despite his youth, and never rushes into anything. He often interferes with over boisterous weyrlings, reining them in from potential disaster. Because of his abhorrence toward rashness, Paizainth can sometimes get caught in a web of 'analysis paralysis.' If there are too many options to consider, he simply can't act. While T'lon agrees with patience and careful planning, he's more apt to take action, and he and Paizainth have butted heads over this more than once. It is, perhaps, the largest obstacle in their weyrling training.

Paizainth's patience extends beyond his usefulness as a future wing rider. He accepts the faults in people with an easy cadence and is particularly understanding of his bond's faults. They bolster each other in every way they can, and Paizainth wants nothing more than for them to flourish as a team. Paizainth is an excellent confidant and never spills a secret given to him. On the other hand, he's terrible at hiding his own feelings and can be indiscreet entirely by accident. He's incapable of shame and often forgets that other people are affected by it.
