Personality
Cunning and authoritative, Vikana makes for an excellent leader. She keeps Shigan in tip-top shape and is actively involved in the training of young dragon riders. She's shrewdly intelligent and doesn't try to hide her judgement of Shigan's residents, but she's not
unfair toward anyone. Young dragon riders and candidates make plenty of mistakes and deserve second chances while they're learning. She's far more harsh toward her senior riders - people who should
know better. Vikana truly wants the best for everyone but puts duty and the functionality of the whole weyr above any one individual.
