Appearance
Cassimir is humanoid in appearance, and distinctly male, although not nearly so manly as his Priest is. He is slender, with wiry muscles and terribly pale skin. Although one could easily mistake Cassimir for being simply human his features are rather extraordinary. Possible in a mortal, yes, but extraordinary. He has a strong, set jaw, and narrowed eyes of such a bright, reflective green they seem almost cat-like. His hair, black as pitch, is long and immaculately straight, reaching down past his shoulders.
Customary for a creature of destruction, Cassimir tends to wear hard, dark colors, and quite often armor as well. But no ordinary armor. Being a god he has little to fear from attackers, thus his armor's main function is to be aesthetically pleasing. Most of his adornments sport spikes and blades, to give off the image of pain, but which would be hindering on the battle field.
For something so...negative as being the Lord (or God, if one prefers) of Destruction, Cassimir's preferred symbol is highly unusual. All art depicting him has him holding or wearing a fully blossomed rose, as red as blood, with thick, curling spines. In fact, Cassimir's weapons all depict the same image, whether on hilt or blade.
Personality
Cassimir is no loving little lord to which one might offer baby lambs and blossoming flowers as a sacrifice. He's violent, cruel, malicious, and utterly unforgiving. Betray him once, forget your prayers or your offerings, or, heaven forbid, pray to a god who opposes him, and he will never again answer your prayers. In fact, he will go out of his way to turn the tides against you. And, being the lord of Destruction, such a thing could mean the end of everything you love. Therefore it's best to not get involved or make sure you can be dedicated follower if you do need his help.
Cassimir revels in the destruction of things. Mutilation excites him, death entices, and there is no more attractive form of romance than torture. He's mixed desire with pain, which has certainly given him a none-to-stable mind. Be wary of his courteous gestures and flirtation. Cassimir can be a perfect gentleman, can warp himself into the man of ladies' dreams, and turn around and maim them without so much as the slightest alteration in temperament.
A lady's man indeed, Cassimir has no such favors for his soldiers. He's demanding and merciless. Only perfection will please him, and he will sneer at anything that is even slightly short of his ideals. It is only his Priest's careful and tedious ceremonies that keep him from slaughtering his own army. Or, at the very least, making them pay for not living up to his standards. Fortunately, Cassimir can be easily tied over by a proper sacrifice or a new little toy to occupy his mind with.
Being the Lord of Destruction, not the Lord of War, Pain, or Violence, Cassimir's sadistic tenancies are not limited to physical ones. Emotional and psychological pains are just as good, if not better. If he can mess with one's mind enough to drive them to insanity, he has done his job. Killing things is not nearly so satisfying as properly ruining them instead.
