Personality

Dargapatre hungers for stories and adventure. Beyond anything else, she wants to discover her own purpose - and learning from others' tales is how she's determined to do this. She devours tales of adventure and heroism, modeling herself after a mosaic of protagonists. She values peace and calls herself a peacemaker, striving toward a future where war is eradicated from Lomeelas. She cares little for the Lomeelian gods beside the High Goddess herself and has aligned herself with the High Goddess' virtues. Dargapatre believes deeply that people thrive best with harmony and love, and tries to treat all that approach her as such. She has a knack for sussing out ill-intentions, but rather than striking out physically, Dargapatre utilizes her skills to set tests in front of her enemies; with the purpose of changing their minds, rather than defeating them.

History

Did not bond upon hatching. Wanderlust gripped her, a desire to see the stars and find a purpose for herself.

In her travels, she eventually made her way to the Refugium where she had access to more people and places than she could fathom. Happenstance brought her to meet Janardan as he was preparing to visit Lomeelas, undercover. Hungry for stories, Dargapatre clung to Janardan and offered to aid him in exchange for a tale of Lomeelas and his travels. Janardan agreed and brought her to Lomeelas with him.

Dargapatre discovered a purpose: protecting the people of Lomeelas. She became fast friends with a priest of the High Goddess, a stag-shifter named Cyprigena. Dargapatre decided to remain on Lomeelas and bond Cyprigena, vowing to help the High Goddess in her plight against destruction.

She has  hope that Cassimir will not have to be killed, but rather that he can be transformed into something more harmonious to Lomeelas.
