Personality

Despite is massive size and all that weaponry up on his noggin, Kolbei is a gentle soul who just wants to help out. He's a man (or beetle) of few words, perplexingly shy and often stuttering when he does try to articulate something. He enjoys being part of a group, loves inclusion, and is always willing to participate in group activities as long as they don't involve a lot of talking. While he's Sunfall's chief carpenter, he leads is team with understanding, patience, and a desire to motivate. If things aren't done correctly, he's always ready to lend a hand to help fix someone's mistakes. He's sympathetic to novices and enjoys the teaching process. Everyone makes mistakes, it's part of learning and growing. He has far less patience for carelessness on the job and is quick to cull his team if someone isn't a right fit. Kolbei is keenly observant on the job and emotionally intelligent with other sapients. He has a great desire to leave things better than how he found them.
