Personality

Oleander is quiet and contemplative, not shy, but reclusive by circumstance. He's morally ambiguous with no desire for violence or killing, but is driven by an innate desire to spread his bloodline's legacy in trails of beautiful balefire blooms. He's trustworthy in that he doesn't try to hide his goals. Anyone he meets, he wishes to corrupt and collect, and he doesn't attempt subterfuge. He's usually capable of overpowering his opponents but if he can sweet talk them into serving him, he'd prefer to do so.

Abilities

The ability to spit a gout of bright green corruptive balefire

Mastery over the corruption of anything around them, organic, inorganic, and magical alike

Cannot die, except by injury or foul play. Being immortal, Balespawn only increase in power as they age.

Above and beyond simple teleportation, Balespawn have the ability to realm-travel and cross into dimensions separated from the Nexus by more than mere space and time.

The ability to shapeshift anywhere on a spectrum between their natural shape and a human form that tends to retain the coloration of their natural draconic form

Balespawn can freely change their physical size. Mostly this ability is used to be larger than any creature around them, but it is also useful for accomodating to mates of various sizes.

The ability to speak mind-to-mind.

The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.

Their bodies are capable of growing mosslike foliage that contains their natural corruptive essences. The rashes that result from touching this moss could expand into corrupted mutations

The ability to communicate in spoken words.
