Apocalypses are bringers of destruction, however their powers are totally at the whim of the higher ones that run the world. Usually they only manifest when they feel it's necessary. However, this one had the unique ability to call on his powers whenever he felt like it. So thus it was bound away, shown by the chains and bind round his neck. He wanted his powers bound, but resents his choice.

He was born near blinded, and doesn't have any psychic powers that allow him to 'see'. He can only see when using his miracle powers, kind of ironic. He was also born with four wings, however only one remains.
