A highly intellectual man possessing a plethora of skills and proficiencies that made him one of the best butlers in the business. In company, he is impeccably polite and perhaps a bit stodgy. He's excellent at word play and carefully obfuscates half-truths when he needs to slip out of a sticky situation without ruffling too many feathers. Jeffrey prides himself on decorum and traditionalism. He strives to be taken seriously and admired for his abilities, often to the point of pushing himself beyond his limits.

Jeffrey must have control of a situation. He loathes being unmoored and can't stand when he doesn't have all the facts readily available to him. He takes his time to come to conclusions but becomes easily frazzled if he's being deliberately kept in the dark. He's protective of those he cares about, but has a habit of underestimating the people he loves. Jeffrey is meticulous, cautious, and organized.
